You hear it almost everyday from some captain or mate around here…you just never know what you will catch on any given day out of Oregon Inlet. Today the fleet caught bigeyes. I would say it was one of the best days of bigeye fishing I have ever been a part of. We caught 6 and a yellowfin. We stayed tied down to our biggest fish for almost 2 and a half hours. The weights were 60, 100, 108, 115, 124, and 193. Just incredible fishing. But you know what? There’s no telling what we will catch out there tomorrow. I’m fortunate I get to find out.
